Our products can be delivered to any address. If you would like your items shipped to a different address than your billing address, please fill out the required fields provided during the checkout process.

Returns

All unwanted item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods. Any items returned after this period may be accepted at Sand Dollar Swim’s discretion, and may also be refunded in the form of a credit note.

Returned Items

Any returned items must be unused and be in a condition fit for resale. All Sand Dollar tags and hygiene strips must be still attached in order to be accepted. Returned items that are worn or damaged may not be accepted. All shorts, bikinis and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

Receiving Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the debit/credit card or to the PayPal™ account used to make the original purchase. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded by Sand Dollar Swim. Any custom duties or sales taxes incurred by customers outside of the EU will not be refunded.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be completed.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Any faulty or damaged goods may be returned to Sand Dollar Swim. If items are damaged as a result of wear and tear they may not be returned as faulty/damaged goods. Damaged or faulty items will be exchanged for the same product, if for any reason this is not possible, you may receive a refund instead.
